I like to tell stories that make people think and be moved. A story that can stay with you for days or even a lifetime.

I’ve been working in editing across film, tv and web content since 2006.  I attained the Graduate Diploma in Editing at AFTRS in 2010 and in 2011 I moved to Los Angeles, working there for 14 years. With all these years and variety of experience I’ve learned how to tell stories the best way possible.

I’m an editor who enjoys problem solving, making bold choices and discovering new possibilities by using coverage in unexpected ways. It’s fun being resourceful and getting the most out of what we have. By nature, I’m curious and drawn to the little details that often go unnoticed.

Working on indie films and digging deep into story and performance I’ve found there’s not much difference between film and TV when it comes to storytelling. The vision behind both relies on the same core principles and I’m confident I can cut characters in episodic as well as I do in features. My assistant editing experience in TV taught me about pace, schedules and expectations.

The days spent collaborating with directors and producers is as rewarding as time spent alone implementing notes. I bring style, humour and energy to every job opportunity.

I enjoy watching most genres of film and tv and I especially enjoy non linear and character driven stories (fiction and non fiction).

I returned to Australia early 2025 and currently based in Sydney. I look forward to continuing my editing career working on Australian productions.  I remain a member of the Motion Picture Editors Guild in the USA.
